PAOLO DOESN'T NEED TO SCREAM AFTER SPLIT

PAOLO Nutini didn't seem like he needed to Scream at the T in the Park launch despite reports that he recently split from his girlfriend Amber Anderson.
The Pencil Full of Lead and New Shoes singer was in a jovial mood as he mingled with muso pals including Voice star Stevie McCrorie and his brother Paul  at the bash in Glasgow's St Luke's church last Friday night.
After T in the Park boss Geoff Ellis and Tennent's head of sponsorship George Kyle made speeches, the talented Paisley lad who was clad in denim even took time out to have a giggle with The Showbiz Lion about the length of his hair, joking that he was turning into biblical character Samson.
Paolo, 29, is reported by The Mirror to have split from 26 year old model Amber after their romance 'fizzled out'.
The two started dating at Glastonbury in 2014 after Amber passionately made out with him in a bath in his raunchy video Diana, but the Caustic Love singer has obviously taken heed of his album title to turn to pastures new.

JAMES MARTIN BUCKS TREND OF CLEAN EATING ON TOUR

THEY claimed chefs were the new rock n roll, and James Martin's first ever headline tour proved that - with even a bit of music thrown in for good measure.
The dishy and down to earth Yorkshire man from Saturday Kitchen managed to hold his own on the stage of Glasgow's Royal Concert Hall as he  led us through some of his favourite recipes of all time.
The action was live so there was no room for retakes as James, who quits the popular telly show next month, chopped, grilled, fried and even munched his way through some interesting dishes.
Full fat cream and butter were order of the night as James bucked the trend of clean eating to go for some of his more indulgent dishes like the full fat brioche eggy bread and pancetta, the perfect hangover cure.
He did of course offer a few healthy alternatives that he'd made for the NHS, but it was all tongue in cheek as he played on his star status by showing how you could make an 8 pence portion of soup into something you could charge £18 for, with the right trimmings.
A particular highlight was his trick with spinning sugar over one audience member's walking stick!
After twenty year on stage James has struck up a rapport with his audience and his cheeky charm made everyone warm to him.
There were Plates galore, some Mates in the form of video guests like Mary Berry, and a few Automobiles thrown on stage as props.
The only frustration was not getting to sample the food which once cooked appeared to be carted off to some lucky member of the production crew backstage.
James says he has no new show planned after this but we're sure we'll see more of his food in the not so distant future.
The rest of the 25 date Plates, Mates and Automobiles tour reads like this...

SANDI THOM USES HYPNOSIS BEFORE BIRTH

SANDI Thom is insisting on a natural birth for her first child with hubbie Matt Benson. The Punk Rocker star, who is due to give birth any minute, refused to be induced by doctors
She told her online followers: "Still here!! Said no to induction. Baby will come when baby is ready!"
Sandi who is releasing her new album in just a few weeks time, took up running to ensure her body wouldn't get too out of shape with her pregnancy.
She has also prepared for the birth by taking up the unusual practice of  hypnobirthing.
Sandi who has been going through the process with  founder of KG hypnobirthing Katharine Graves.explained: " I can safely say it's the best thing I ever did. Not only do you learn everything you would have learned in an antenatal class but you're also equipped with some wonderful relaxation techniques to help guide you through your labour and a greater understanding of exactly what is going on inside your body at the time.
The process replaces words like contraction with words like wave and surge.
Sandi added: "Basically before I go to bed, Matt reads one of several relaxation visualisations whilst combining that with his touch. It may be that he strokes my hand, my forehead or my abdomen. I simply relax myself and let my subconscious mind soak in every word he says.
Eventually over time I begin to associate this touch and these visualisations with pure relaxation so when I do go into labour it is the quickest and most effective way to send me into a deep relaxed state. Being in this state of mind will then trigger my body to go into the same state, as body always follows mind and if my body is relaxed, it is open and soft and my uterine muscles will open quicker and more effectively with less pain and discomfort."
